8 Weeek Shred Challenge with Unlimited Training Sessions £330.
You have the option to split this cost over 2 payments.
This price also includes a personal Induction Programme if you are a new starter.
Please see here for the details of the induction programme which you must be able to attend if you wish to take part.
Our Shred Challenge costs the same as 1 personal training session a week!

Am I fit enough to join the Shred?
Yes 100%.
Every session is designed to scale for total beginners, and the challenge grows with you
It’s tough for everyone, progress doesn’t happen in your comfort zone.
We’ll build you up one session at a time.
What if I’m nervous about training with other people?
Totally normal most people feel like that at first. But our community is famously welcoming, supportive and judgement-free.
Everyone is focused on their own progress.
You’ll feel at home faster than you think!
What if I miss a session or have a busy week?
Life happens and we get it.You get unlimited sessions, so you can train whenyou can.
Will I be starving on the nutrition plan?
Absolutely not. We focus on real whole foods that keep you satisfied, energised, and performing well.
What results can I expect?
Most members see fat loss, better fitness, increased strength, more energy, health improvements, and higher confidence.
Can you adapt sessions for injuries?
Yes we will modify movements so you can train safely and still progress.
