Ingredients

Male

  • 180g chicken or 220g tofu - (Uncooked weight)

  • Veggies of your choice from allowed veggies

  • 12g Coconut oil

  • 45g (dry weight) Quinoa

  • Grated Ginger root

  • Garlic

  • Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

  • Lime juice


Female

  • 120g chicken or 170g tofu - (Uncooked weight)

  • Veggies of your choice from allowed veggies

  • 9g Coconut oil

  • 30g (dry weight) Quinoa

  • Grated Ginger root

  • Garlic

  • Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

  • Lime juice

Preparation

Steps


  1. Cook the quinoa separately and drain

  2. Chop and fry the veggies in a pan with coconut oil, chopped garlic and grated ginger

  3. Once the vegetables have softened add in the chicken or tofu with the soy sauce and lime juice

  4. When the mince is fully cooked mix in the quinoa and stir it all together
