  • Cinnamin

  • 13g Chopped nuts

  • 10x Berries e.g. Strawberries and blueberries

  • 170g Fat free greek yoghurt

  • Cinnamin

  • 9g Chopped nuts

Preparation

Steps


  1. Put the greek yoghurt in a bowl

  2. Top with chopped strawberries, blueberries

  3. Sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon and chopped nuts
