Ingredients

Male

  • 150g salmon (cooked weight)

  • 45g rice (dry weight)

  • Veggies e.g. broccoli, cucumber


Female

  • 100g salmon (cooked weight)

  • 30g rice (dry weight)

  • Veggies e.g. broccoli, cucumber

Preparation

Steps


  1. Coat the top of the salmon in seasoning e.g. cajun

  2. Grill the salmon or wrap in foil and oven for 10-15 minutes

  3. Cook the rice separately

  4. Chop and boil the broccoli

  5. Chop up the cucumber

  6. Plate up and enjoy!
