150g Turkey mince (cooked weight)
45g Black Quinoa (dry weight)
Salad e.g. lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, pepper
2 tspoon Lighter than light mayo
Female
100g Turkey mince (cooked weight)
30g Black Quinoa (dry weight)
Salad e.g. lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, pepper
1 tspoon Lighter than light mayo
Preparation
Steps
Prepare quinoa according to packet instructions
Combine the turkey mince, finely chopped onions, salt, pepper and spice to flavour e.g. paprika (if required) in to a burger shape
Fry the burger in frylight
Serve with a salad e.g. lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, pepper
Stir the mayo in to the quinoa and add to the salad
