  • 5x Wholegrain rice cakes


Female

  • 2x eggs

  • 3x Wholegrain rice cakes

Preparation

Steps


  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and slowly heat in a pan, do not use olive oil or butter to avoid a fats serving (try a little Frylight instead)

  2. Stack the eggs on top of the rice cakes, season with salt / pepper

  3. Enjoy!
