If we haven’t met yet, we can’t wait to welcome you to our House and get to know you!

Not only will you gain valuable knowledge and make amazing progress on your fitness journey, but we’re here to show you just how exciting and enjoyable fitness can be. And of course, we’ll have plenty of fun along the way!

If you are new to The House of SK-1.......
1. Please complete the following Physical activity readiness form (PAR-Q)

2. Download the MINDBODY class booking app and enter your email address and name to Create your free account, head over to your inbox and verify your email

   3. Search for the House of SK-1 and click on the heart to add to your favourites
​
 4. Head to the online store and add "Shred Account Set Up Pass" to your basket
 
 5. Enter your phone number the Read and sign our waiver (this must be complete before you can take part in a session)
 
 6. Hit the Buy button (its free)

 7. That's it, we will get your Shred program loaded shortly and drop you a message when it's done so you can start to schedule your sessions. At least a week before the start dat we will send you a welcome email with full details about the kick off meeting and how to join the facebook group.

By signing the waiver, you confirm that you are fit to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from safely engaging in the physical activities offered at The House of SK-1.

If this is not the case, we kindly ask that you obtain clearance from your doctor or physiotherapist before attending any sessions. If you need more information about the nature of our sessions to secure this clearance, please don’t hesitate to call Ski at 07988 038509.
