Ingredients

Make a batch of this recipe to use in further meals, cooked recipe will last for 3 days in fridge.


Below are the ingredients: for 1 serving


Male

  • 22g Oats

  • 1 Egg or egg whites (or 50/50)

  • 75g Unsweetened applesauce

  • 2tbsp Almond milk

  • 2tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/8tsp Baking powder

  • 1tbsp Fat free greek yoghurt - optional


Female

  • 15g Oats

  • 1 Egg or egg whites (or 50/50)

  • 50g Unsweetened applesauce

  • 2tbsp Almond milk

  • 2tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/8tsp Baking powder

  • 1tbsp Fat free greek yoghurt - optional

Preparation

Steps


  1. Mix all ingredients together using a whisk or blender…..add water to reach desired consistency

  2. Heat a frying to medium-high heat

  3. Pour batter onto heated griddle in increments

  4. Cook on one side until bubbles appear & then flip (approx 2 min each side)
