13g peanut butter
Couple of raspberries, vanilla essence to taste & stevia or you can add some flavour drops
Female
30g Oats
1 egg
85g fat free Greek yogurt
9g peanut butter
Couple of raspberries, vanilla essence to taste & stevia or you can add some flavour drops
Preparation
Steps
Mix the oats, egg, yoghurt, raspberries, vanilla essence and stevia
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180c
Top with a tbsp of yoghurt and the peanut butter
