Male

  • 45g Oats

  • 1 egg

  • 110g fat free Greek yogurt

  • 13g peanut butter

  • Couple of raspberries, vanilla essence to taste & stevia or you can add some flavour drops


Female

  • 30g Oats

  • 1 egg

  • 85g fat free Greek yogurt

  • 9g peanut butter

  • Couple of raspberries, vanilla essence to taste & stevia or you can add some flavour drops




Preparation

Steps


  1. Mix the oats, egg, yoghurt, raspberries, vanilla essence and stevia

  2. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180c

  3. Top with a tbsp of yoghurt and the peanut butter
