  • 45g Oats

  • 600ml Water

  • 22g Whey protein powder

  • 2x Egg whites

  • 1/8th tsp baking powder

  • Small handful of blueberries

  • Dash of cinnamon powder


Female

  • 30g Oats

  • 600ml Water

  • 15g Whey protein powder

  • 2x Egg whites

  • 1/8th tsp baking powder

  • Small handful of blueberries

  • Dash of cinnamon powder


Preparation

Steps


  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. Pour into a baking dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes
