  • 45g Oats

  • 1 Egg

  • Dash of almond milk

  • 15 Blueberries

  • 145g Low fat greek yoghurt

  • Dash of agave syrup

Female


  • 30g Oats

  • 1 Egg

  • Dash of almond milk

  • 10 Blueberries

  • 85g Low fat greek yoghurt

  • Dash of agave syrup

Preparation

Steps


  1. Mix oats, eggs and milk together

  2. Add blueberries

  3. Heat frying pan with few sprays of fry light

  4. Add mixture and fry till golden brown

  5. Flip and cook the otherside

  6. Serve with agave syup and fat free greek yoghurt

  7. Enjoy!
