Ingredients

Male

  • 1x Large wholewheat wrap

  • 50g Avocado

  • Chopped red onion & mushrooms

  • Small handful of feta cheese

  • 3x Egg whites

  • 1-2 tsp Salsa


Female

  • 1x Medium wholewheat wrap

  • 30g Avocado

  • Chopped red onion & mushrooms

  • Small handful of feta cheese

  • 2x Egg whites

  • 1-2 tsp Salsa

Preparation

Steps


  1. Pre heat oven to 200c

  2. Spray a frying pan with fry light and add the chopped onions and mushrooms

  3. Cook for a few minutes and add the egg whites and crumble in the feta, then scramble together

  4. Fill the tortilla with the egg mixture & spread on mashed avocado

  5. Roll into a wrap, top with salsa and pop in the oven for about 5 minutes
