  • 7-8x Berries

  • 22-23g Oats

  • Some Ice


Female

  • 300ml Almond milk

  • 30g Whey protein

  • 5x Berries

  • 15g Oats

  • Some Ice

Preparation

Steps


  1. Add all the ingredients in to a blender

  2. Blend and enjoy!
