Ingredients
Male
110g chicken (cooked weight) coated in curry powder
45g rice (dry weight)
55g Fat free greek yoghurt
Passata (1/2 to 3/4 of a carton)
Veggies e.g. onions, mushrooms, peppers and peas
Female
75g chicken (cooked weight) coated in curry powder
30g rice (dry weight)
42g Fat free greek yoghurt
Passata (1/2 to 3/4 of a carton)
Veggies e.g. onions, mushrooms, peppers and peas
Preparation
Steps
Dice the chicken and coat in curry powder
Cook the rice separately
Chop up the vegetables
Dice and fry the chicken in a pan with the onions, mushrooms and peppers
When the chicken is cooked stir in the passata and add in the peas, cook for a few more minutes
Take off the heat and stir through the greek yoghurt
Plate up and enjoy!
