112g chicken (cooked weight)
Veggies e.g. pepper, onion
Side salad
55g Fat free greek yoghurt
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Ground cumin
0.5 tsp Cinnamon
0.5 tsp Dried chilli flakes
2 tsp Garlic granules , (or 3 cloves of fresh garlic)
1Â Lemon, Zest and juice
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Optional: If you want to use a carb allowance add 180g (cooked weight) sweet potatoes

75g chicken (cooked weight)

42g Fat free greek yoghurt
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Ground cumin
0.5 tsp Cinnamon
0.5 tsp Dried chilli flakes
2 tsp Garlic granules , (or 3 cloves of fresh garlic)

Preparation
Steps
Chop the chicken, onion and pepper in to chunks and add on to skewers
Combine the fat free greek yoghurt, paprika, ground cumin, cinnamon, chilli flakes, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper in to a paste
Coat the skewers and marinade for at least 30 minutes or even better overnight (cling film in the fridge
Cook in the oven until cooked throughout
Serve with a side salad
