Male
150g chicken (cooked weight)
45g Lentils (dry weight)
Veggies e.g. tomatoes, tenderstem broccoli
1-2 handfuls crispy kale
Female
100g chicken (cooked weight)
30g Lentils (dry weight)
Veggies e.g. tomatoes, tenderstem broccoli
1-2 handfuls crispy kale
Preparation
Steps
Chop and add some spice to the kale, oven until it is crispy
Dice and fry the chicken in a pan
Add in chopped tomatoes, tenderstem broccoli and fry with the chicken
Chuck in some spice e.g. smoked paprika
Cook lentils separately, drain and add in to the chicken pan
Mix it all together and plate up with the crispy kale on the side
