  • 75g Low fat mozzarella

  • Tomato puree

  • 180g Cooked Potatoes / Sweet Potatoes

  • Side Salad



Female

  • 120g (cooked weight) chicken

  • 50g Low fat mozzarella

  • Tomato puree

  • 120g Cooked Potatoes / Sweet Potatoes

  • Side Salad

Preparation

Steps


  1. Flatten chicken using rolling pin

  2. Fry chicken until cooked

  3. Top with tomato puree

  4. Add the sliced mozzarella

  5. Cook until cheese is melted

  6. Cook chips

  7. Enjoy!
