Ingredients

Male

  • 150g chicken (cooked weight)

  • Sauce using flavours you like e.g. garlic paste, chopped ginger and soy sauce

  • 45g rice (dry weight)

  • Veggies e.g. broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions, bean sprouts


Female

  • 100g chicken (cooked weight)

  • Sauce using flavours you like e.g. garlic paste, chopped ginger and soy sauce

  • 30g rice (dry weight)

  • Veggies e.g. broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions, bean sprouts

Preparation

Steps


  1. Cook the rice separately

  2. Chop all the veggies and dice the chicken

  3. Fry everything in a pan, adding in the spice / flavours e.g. garlic paste, chopped ginger and soy sauce, chilli flakes

  4. Plate up and enjoy!
