150g chicken (cooked weight)
Sauce using flavours you like e.g. garlic paste, chopped ginger and soy sauce
45g rice (dry weight)
Veggies e.g. broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions, bean sprouts
Female
100g chicken (cooked weight)
Sauce using flavours you like e.g. garlic paste, chopped ginger and soy sauce
30g rice (dry weight)
Veggies e.g. broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions, bean sprouts
Preparation
Steps
Cook the rice separately
Chop all the veggies and dice the chicken
Fry everything in a pan, adding in the spice / flavours e.g. garlic paste, chopped ginger and soy sauce, chilli flakes
Plate up and enjoy!
