150g Chicken breast (cooked weight)
180g Sweet potato (cooked weight)
Salad e.g. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, carrot, radish
Female
100g Chicken breast (cooked weight)
120g Sweet potato (cooked weight)
Salad e.g. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, carrot, radish
Preparation
Steps
Chop up the sweet potatoes in to chip shapes and air fry or oven, use olive oil if you want to include your fats allowance or Frylight to avoid
Season the chicken breast e.g. Cajun/paprika
Pan fry the chicken breast until fully cooked
Serve with a salad
