30g Oats
1 Egg or egg whites (or 50/50)
150ml Almond milk
1tsp Cinnamon
10 Berries
4g Coconut oil
Preparation
Steps
Mix oats, eggs and milk together
Add blueberries
Heat frying pan with the coconut oik
Add mixture and fry till golden brown
Flip and cook the otherside
