150g chicken (cooked weight)
180g Potato (cooked weight)
1/2 or 1x Wholemeal wrap
1x tin chopped tomatoes
Spices: chilli, paprika, garlic, cumin , corriander and oregano
Veggies e.g. onions, mushrooms, peppers
1.5 tspoons Extra virgin olive oil

120g Potato (cooked weight)

Preparation
Steps
Chop the potatoes in to wedges and air fry with olive oil
Chop up the vegetables and fry in frylight
Dice the chicken and add to the frying pan with the spices
Add the tinned tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes
Plate up and enjoy with 1/2 or 1 wholemeal wrap depending on the carb allowance you want to use
Tip: Avoid pre-mixed spice packs as they usually contain sugar! However, JD seasonings are a great sugar free option ☺️
