Ingredients

Male

  • 150g salmon (cooked weight)

  • 180g Potato (cooked weight)

  • Side salad e.g. Salad, cucumber, tomatoes, radish, red onion

  • 12g Grass fed butter / olive oil spread

  • Lemon juice

  • Herbs


Female

  • 100g salmon (cooked weight)

  • 120g Potato (cooked weight)

  • Side salad e.g. Salad, cucumber, tomatoes, radish, red onion

  • 9g Grass fed butter / olive oil spread with herbs

  • Lemon juice

  • Herbs

Preparation

Steps


  1. Boil the potatoes

  2. Coat the top of the salmon in lemon juice and pepper

  3. Grill the salmon or wrap in foil and oven for 10-15 minutes

  4. Put the butter and herbs on top of the cooked potatoes so it melts

  5. Serve with a side salad
