  • 1 Wholemeal wrap

  • 50g avacado

  • Any veggies


Female

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 Wholemeal wrap

  • 30g avacado

  • Any veggies

Preparation

Steps


  1. Beat the eggs

  2. Add fry light to frying pan

  3. Fry any vegetables

  4. Add egg mixture to the frying pan

  5. Fry until cooked full on both sides

  6. Add omelette to the wrap

  7. Add avacado to the wrap

  8. Fold and enjoy!
