  • 13g Ground Almond

  • 15 Berries

  • Almond milk (optional fat)


Female


  • 30g Oats


  • 30g Protein Powder

  • 9g Ground Almond

  • 10 Berries

  • Almond milk (optional)


Preparation

Steps


  1. Mix the oats, protein powder and ground almonds together with boiling water. Alternatively you can use almond milk as part of your fats allowance

  2. Top with berries to taste

  3. Enjoy!
