  • 45g Oats

  • 1 Egg

  • 15g Protein Powder

  • Dash of almond milk

  • 15 Berries

  • 73g Low fat greek yoghurt

  • 13g Peanut butter

Female


  • 30g Oats

  • 1 Egg

  • 10g Protein Powder

  • Dash of almond milk

  • 10 Berries

  • 56g Low fat greek yoghurt

  • 9g Peanut butter

Preparation

Steps


  1. Mix oats, eggs, protein powder and milk together

  2. Heat frying pan with few sprays of fry light

  3. Add mixture and fry till golden brown

  4. Flip and cook the otherside

  5. Serve with low fat greek yoghurt and berries

  6. Warm up the peanut butter and drizzle on top

  7. Enjoy!
