  • 45g Protein powder

  • 400ml Cold water

  • 2x Medium wholemeal / brown bread

  • 12g Grass fed butter / olive oil spread


Female

  • 30g Protein powder

  • 400ml Cold water

  • 1.5x Medium wholemeal / brown bread

  • 9g Grass fed butter / olive oil spread

Preparation

Steps


  1. Mix the protein powder and cold water together in a shaker

  2. Toast the bread and spread on the butter

  3. Enjoy!
