15g Protein powder
73g Fat free greek yoghurt
13g Ground, flaked or chopped nuts
Female
30g Oats
1 Egg
7.5g Protein powder
42.5g Fat free greek yoghurt
9g Ground, flaked or chopped nuts
Preparation
Steps
Blend oats, eggs and protein together in to a smooth paste
Heat frying pan with few sprays of fry light
Add mixture and fry till golden brown
Flip and cook the otherside
Serve fat free greek yoghurt and top with nuts
