Ingredients

Male

  • 150g salmon (cooked weight)

  • 45g noodles (dry weight)

  • Veggies e.g. peppers, pak choi, spring onions, onion

  • honey (1.5 tsp), tamari (2 tsp), lemon juice, garlic, paprika


Female

  • 100g salmon (cooked weight)

  • 30g noodles (dry weight)

  • Veggies e.g. peppers, pak choi, spring onions, onion

  • honey (1 tsp), tamari (2 tsp), lemon juice, garlic, paprika

Preparation

Steps


  1. Mix together tamari, honey, lemon juice, paprika and garlic

  2. Cook the salmon how you like it e.g. oven, air fry, pan fry

  3. Cook the noodles separately and drain

  4. Chop and fry vegetables in a pan, add in the salmon and noodles

  5. Mix it all together and plate up!
