1/2 Can light coconut milk
1x small onion
2x chicken stock cubes
1x Tinned tomatoes
300g Chicken (cooked weight)
Tikka JD seasonings
1tsp Garlic, cumin and corrinader
1x Wholewheat pitta
9g Grass fed butter / olive oil spread

Preparation
Steps
Cook and drain the rice
Dice the onion and add to the pan with the chicken
Chuck your sauces/spices in and cook until everything is ready
Top the pitta with butter, garlic and chopped mozzarella, pop in the oven for a few minutes
