Ingredients
Male
150g extra lean beef mince (cooked weight)
45g pasta or spaghetti (dry weight)
Veggies e.g. peppers, onions, mushrooms
Passata
Garlic
Extra virgin olive oil (1.5 tsp)
Female
100g extra lean beef mince (cooked weight)
30g pasta or spaghetti (dry weight)
Veggies e.g. peppers, onions, mushrooms
Passata
Garlic
Extra virgin olive oil (1 tsp)
Preparation
Steps
Cook the pasta separately and drain
Chop and fry vegetables in a pan with the olive oil and garlic
Once the vegetables have softened add in the mince and break it up
When the mince is nearly cooked mix in the passata and stir it all together
Enjoy!
