Ingredients
Male
150g chicken (cooked weight) marinated in honey (1.5 tsp), balsamic vinegar and tamari (2 tsp)
45g rice (dry weight)
Veggies e.g. broccoli, mushrooms, green beans, carrots, tomatoes
Female
100g chicken (cooked weight) marinated in honey (1 tsp), balsamic vinegar and tamari (2 tsp)
30g rice (dry weight)
Veggies e.g. broccoli, mushrooms, green beans, carrots, tomatoes
Preparation
Steps
Dice the chicken and marinade in honey, balsamic vinegar and tamari (the longer the better!)
Cook the rice separately
Boil veggies e.g. broccoli, carrots, green beans
Dice and fry the chicken in a pan until the sauce turns sticky
Fry mushrooms and tomatoes
Plate up and enjoy!
