Male

  • 1x tin of tuna

  • 5x Wholegrain rice cakes


  • Cucumber, red onion, tomatoes

  • 2 tspoon Lighter than light mayo

  • Balsamic vinegar (optional)



Female

  • 1x tin of tuna

  • 3x Wholegrain rice cakes


  • Cucumber, red onion, tomatoes

  • 1 tspoon Lighter than light mayo

  • Balsamic vinegar (optional)

Preparation

Steps


  1. Combine the tuna with finely chopped red onion, cucumber and lighter than light mayo

  2. Chop the tomatoes and drizzle with balsamic vinegar

  3. Serve with rice cakes


Tip: If you want your fats add avocado into this one!
