1x Tin of tuna
Lighter than light mayo (2 tsp) - optional
1x Large wholewheat wrap
2x Babybel light
14x Cashew nuts
Small handful of onion
Salad e.g. peppers, cucumber, lettuce/spinach, tomatoes
Female
1x Tin of tuna
Lighter than light mayo (1 tsp) - optional
1x Medium wholewheat wrap
1.5x Babybel light
9x Cashew nuts
Small handful of onion
Salad e.g. peppers, cucumber, lettuce/spinach, tomatoes
Preparation
Steps
Roughly chop a small handful of onion and fry until golden brown
Take the onions off the heat and grate in the Babybel's so they melt slightly
Drain the tuna and mix together with the onions and melted Babybel, adding lighter than light mayo if desired
Fold everything in to a wrap, closing all the sides and then chop in two
Serve with a side salad e.g. peppers, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes
Roughly chop the cashew nuts and sprinkle on top of the salad
