This will make 5 portions.
Male
900g Turkey breast mince
Garlic
Onions, Peppers and Mushrooms
2x tins of tomatoes
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp paprika
1 or 2 oxo cubes
Rice
Female
600g Turkey breast mince
Garlic
Onions, Peppers and Mushrooms
2x tins of tomatoes
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp paprika
1 or 2 oxo cubes

Preparation
Steps
Cook the rice separately and drain
Chop and fry the onions, peppers and mushrooms in a pan with fry light and garlic
Once the vegetables have softened add in the mince and all the seasoning
When the mince is nearly cooked mix in the tomatoes and stir it all together
Simmer until it thickens up
