2 Courgettes, grated
Diced white onion – 1 onion
2 Egg whites

1 tsp All-purpose seasoning
1 tsp Paprika

300g turkey mince - (cooked weight)
2 Courgettes, grated
Diced white onion – 1 onion
2 Egg whites
Coarse black pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp All-purpose seasoning
1 tsp Paprika

To get your carbs included add porridge oats X4 female or X3 male servings
There’s no fat in this recipe so add a serving as required
Preparation
Steps
Grate the courgettes and dice the onions finely
Mix the courgettes, onions, turkey mince, egg whites and seasoning together in a large bowl
Spray a muffin tray, divide the mixture up across the tray and cook in the oven on 200c for about 20-25 mins, depending on the size you make.
